Got a question we can help you with?
If you’re a customer outside of the EU, the price listed on a product is the final price you’ll be charged. VAT-registered vendors will have added VAT or Sales Tax onto the list price. Contact your vendor if you’d like to know if they are VAT-registered and to request a custom invoice listing VAT.
However, if you are a customer within the EU, additional VAT is required to be added to your purchase. This is done during checkout, based on your country’s VAT percentage and will be listed in your cart for your review prior to payment.
When you purchase a product on the platform, you are purchasing the Single Use to create an End Product licensing rights to the product. This means that you do not own the product you purchase, but you have the right to Perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive use of the selected digital Product purchased on the Platform in a single application to create an End Product. To learn more about the licensing terms, view section 7 of our Terms and Conditions page.
As you have purchased the Single Use license of a product and not the product itself, you are forbidden to distribute or resell the product. You are only allowed to use the product once to create a new End Product under our Licensing Terms and Conditions. To learn more about the licensing terms, view section 7 of our Terms and Conditions page.
Products are licensed for Single Use to create an End Product. This means you can only use each product once to create an end product.
In the case of the Product being a template, the End Product is a customized implementation of the Product. For example, if the Product is an Articulate Storyline Template, you would need to add your own content (whether text, photos or other media) to that Storyline Template in order to create an End Product. You can either distribute that completed Storyline Course (End Product) yourself, or sell it to one client. If you would like to create a similar End Product to sell to a different client, you have to buy the Product again, as you can only create one End Product with each purchase.
In the case of the Product being an asset other than a template, the End Product must incorporate other content so as to be larger in scope and different in nature to the Product. For example, if the Product is an icon pack intended to be used in a motion graphic, the motion graphic is the End Product. You can either distribute that completed motion graphic yourself, or sell it to one client. If you would like to create a similar End Product to sell to a different client, you have to buy the Product again, as you can only create one End Product with each purchase.
